At Baghaust, we focus on women’s handbags. Our collection is designed to be stylish, durable, and practical for everyday life all at a fair price.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please email us as soon as possible at support@baghaust.com with your order number.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

How long does shipping take?
After a short processing time of 1 to 2 business days, your order will arrive within 5 to 8 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon stay tuned.

What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Your payment is processed through a secure, encrypted system. We do not store or receive your credit card details.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags and packaging. To start a return, email us at support@baghaust.com.

How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order. Once we receive your return, we will process it promptly.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What if I have not received my refund yet?
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us at support@baghaust.com.
